APAC Services Director, HubSpot
A graphic designer by training, Simon stumbled into the digital marketing space almost by accident some 18 years ago when he started an unhealthy obsession with usability when designing early iterations of transactional-based websites. Part of the dot-com movement he has seen how digital has evolved from its early days to where it is today – mainstream. Over the years, Simon has worked in various Client Servicing and Business roles at Advertising and Digital Agencies including XM Asia Pacific (rebranded to Mirum in 2015), JWT Thailand and OgilvyOne.
In mid 2012, Simon put the “mad man” days behind him and moved into the vendor-side of the business, joining a SaaS start-up as the Commercial Director for APAC and eventually taking up the role of Regional VP of Customer Success shortly after the company went public in Feb 2013.
Simon joined HubSpot in Jan 2016 as the APAC Services Director and is part of the pioneering team of HubSpotters in APAC, leading various teams of Customer Success Managers, Channel Consultants and Implementation Specialist in Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo. As the APAC Services Director, Simon owns the APAC customer base and drives conversations around customer experience, retention and same-store growth.
