APAC SERVICES DIRECTOR AT HUBSPOT

A graphic designer by training, Simon stumbled into the digital marketing space when he started designing early iterations of transactional-based websites. Over the years, Simon has worked in various Client Servicing and Business roles at Advertising and Digital Agencies including XM Asia Pacific (rebranded to Mirum in 2015), JWT Thailand and OgilvyOne.

He joined HubSpot in Jan 2016 as the APAC Services Director and is part of the pioneering team of HubSpotters in APAC, leading various teams of Customer Success Managers, Channel Consultants and Implementation Specialist in Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo. As the APAC Services Director, Simon owns the APAC customer base and drives conversations around customer experience, retention and same-store growth.
